This is a license agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the end user, and William Busto. The license agreement applies to the software product called "Model Air Design" created by William Busto.

MODEL AIR DESIGN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

GRANT. William Busto grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the accompanying software (the "Software") in the manner described below under "Scope of Grant".

SCOPE OF GRANT.

You may:
* use the Software on any single computer.
* copy the Software for archival purposes.

You may not:
* modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software.
* rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

INTERNET REDISTRIBUTION IS PERMITTED

You may make this Software available on an internet site for the purpose of downloading, as long as NO FEE IS CHARGED for said download.


TITLE.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain in William Busto, the author of the Software. The Software is protected by the copyright laws and treaties.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

William Busto shall not be liable for any lost profits, or any incidental damages or other consequential economic damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software, even if William Busto has previously been notified that the possibility of such damages exists. William Busto shall not be liable for any damages claimed by you based on any third party claim.
